Enter the number of people who will use the boat, a representative who will be the</font></div><div><font color="#000000">contact person and submit their full details (name, ID/passport number, date of birth,</font></div><div><font color="#000000">country of residence, gender and contact details). You make the payment, your bank account</font></div><div><font color="#000000">will be charged depending on the reservation (whether or not there is an advance payment)</font></div><div><font color="#000000">and depending on the case you will receive a QR CODE on your mobile/email for entering the</font></div><div><font color="#000000">boat.</font></div><div><font color="#000000"><br></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><br></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><b>2. PAYMENT TERMS</b></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><b><br></b></font></div><div><font color="#000000">Depending on the type of trip you choose, the payment will be made either by pre-paying</font></div><div><font color="#000000">the entire amount or by paying an advance upon booking and paying the remaining amount</font></div><div><font color="#000000">before sailing.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">For day trips, the payment is made in advance at the time of booking.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">For multi-day trips, the payment is made with an advance payment of 50% of the total</font></div><div><font color="#000000">amount and the remaining 50% before departure.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">Payments are accepted by all cards (except AMERICAN EXPRESS & DINERS) or bank deposit.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">For the reservation of a boat without a skipper, an additional deposit will be paid. In this</font></div><div><font color="#000000">case, a representative of our company will contact you to define the guarantee.</font></div><div><font color="#000000"><br></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><br></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><b>3. CANCEL POLICY</b></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><b><br></b></font></div><div><font color="#000000">When booking a day trip, the cancellation is made up to 24 hours before the trip and the</font></div><div><font color="#000000">amount of the reservation is fully refunded.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">In case of a full reservation (privé) for a day or multi-day trip, the cancellation is made up to</font></div><div><font color="#000000">five (5) days before the trip and if the entire amount of the reservation has been paid, 50% is</font></div><div><font color="#000000">returned; if only an advance payment has been paid, it is non-refundable.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">When the trip is canceled due to the fault of the company, the passenger has the right to be</font></div><div><font color="#000000">compensated for the fare in the same amount and is given the right to change the</font></div><div><font color="#000000">reservation to a date selected based on availability. The compensation must be comp</font><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">lete and</span></div><div><font color="#000000">cover any damage that the passenger has demonstrably suffered as a result of this.</font></div><div><font color="#000000"><br></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><br></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><b>4. FORCE MAJEURE</b></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><b><br></b></font></div><div><font color="#000000">In the event that the Coast Guard prohibits the vessel from sailing due to adverse weather</font></div><div><font color="#000000">conditions, the passenger is entitled to:</font></div><div><font color="#000000">a. To modify his reservation, regarding the date of travel.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">b. To withdraw from the contract, with the return of the corresponding fare if it has been</font></div><div><font color="#000000">paid.</font></div><div><font color="#000000"><br></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><br></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><b>5. AMENITIES</b></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><b><br></b></font></div><div><font color="#000000">1. Our company on every voyage provides passengers with food, snacks, fruits, soft drinks,</font></div><div><font color="#000000">coffee and drinks free of charge (cocktails are charged extra) and you can see the special</font></div><div><font color="#000000">amenities in the special description of each boat. Passengers are requested to notify the</font></div><div><font color="#000000">crew of any allergies or medication.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">2. Snorkeling equipment is also provided on the trip at no extra charge. In case of damage or</font></div><div><font color="#000000">loss of the equipment, the renter is charged with the corresponding value.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">3. The crew can facilitate passengers in getting to and from the marina by hailing taxis.</font></div><div><font color="#000000"><br></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><br></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><b>6. DAMAGES</b></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><b><br></b></font></div><div><font color="#000000">Any damage to equipment caused as a result of the hirer's operation or supervision is the</font></div><div><font color="#000000">hirer's sole responsibility.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">Boats and engines are checked with full service before each delivery. We are not responsible</font></div><div><font color="#000000">for any mechanical or other damages caused by the fault of the passengers on board during</font></div><div><font color="#000000">the charter. Passengers/Charters are obliged to repair any damage caused to the vessel due</font></div><div><font color="#000000">to their fault.</font></div><div><font color="#000000"><br></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><br></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><b>7. PASSENGERS’ OBLIGATIONS</b></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><b><br></b></font></div><div><font color="#000000">The passenger is obliged to:</font></div><div><font color="#000000">1. To arrive at the boat half an hour before the scheduled departure time.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">2. To place bulky luggage or objects in the special areas, so as not to obstruct the passage of</font></div><div><font color="#000000">passengers on board.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">3. To comply with the instructions of the competent persons of the vessel, related to the</font></div><div><font color="#000000">quietness, orderliness, cleanliness and safety of the vessel. The use of shoes inside the boat</font></div><div><font color="#000000">is prohibited.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">4. To comply with the regulations of the ship, as well as with the instructions of the skipper</font></div><div><font color="#000000">or the ship's staff.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">5. Not to carry weapons, explosives, flammable, incendiary and generally dangerous</font></div><div><font color="#000000">substances. Possession of weapons, carrying weapons, use of weapons and the illegal</font></div><div><font color="#000000">trafficking of weapons as well as the use and/or trafficking of narcotics are expressly</font></div><div><font color="#000000">prohibited.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">6. The consumption of alcohol by minors is prohibited even under the supervision of an</font></div><div><font color="#000000">adult.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">7. The passenger must notify the company of his special needs for accommodation, seat or</font></div><div><font color="#000000">required services or allergies or the need to bring medical equipment with him.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">8. The return to the boat's delivery point is at the predetermined time and the passengers</font></div><div><font color="#000000">must respect the boat's operating hours and return it to the marina on time without damage</font></div><div><font color="#000000">or other damages.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">9. Early return does not entitle the customer to a refund.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">10. Upon delivery of the boat, the condition of the boat and its equipment is checked. In the</font></div><div><font color="#000000">event of towing, the passengers are responsible for the relevant costs for transporting the</font></div><div><font color="#000000">vessel.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">11. Renting the boat to minors is prohibited. Minor passengers must be accompanied by</font></div><div><font color="#000000">their parents / adult companions.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">12. The renter-operator must know how to handle boats or have the necessary driver's</font></div><div><font color="#000000">license.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">13. All passengers should know how to swim in the sea and wear life jackets.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">14. Pets are not allowed on the boats except guide dogs for the blind.</font></div><div><font color="#000000"><br></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><br></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><b>8. COMPANY’S OBLIGATIONS</b></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><b><br></b></font></div><div><font color="#000000">The Company is obliged to:</font></div><div><font color="#000000">1. To provide its services without discrimination to passengers.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">2. To provide the passenger with the agreed vessel as specified in the booking.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">3. To specify in the reservation the trip, the date, the time of departure, for the name of the</font></div><div><font color="#000000">vessel, as well as any other element provided by the applicable provisions.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">4. To take all necessary measures to comply with the safety and hygiene conditions of the</font></div><div><font color="#000000">passengers.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">5. To notify passengers of changes in routes by any suitable means.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">6. The refueling of the boat is undertaken by us. The cost of fuel is borne exclusively by the</font></div><div><font color="#000000">charterer.</font></div><div><font color="#000000"><br></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><br></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><b>9. ASSURANCES</b></font></div><div><font color="#000000"><b><br></b></font></div><div><font color="#000000">1. The Company assures that its crew is fully trained and is equipped with all the necessary</font></div><div><font color="#000000">licenses for its operation. All company staff are fully vaccinated against the COVID-19</font></div><div><font color="#000000">coronavirus and take every possible safety measure.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">2. Rental boat insurance</font></div><div><font color="#000000">All our boats are covered by Third Party Liability insurance for bodily injury – death of</font></div><div><font color="#000000">passengers and third parties from an accident - material damage to third parties, causing</font></div><div><font color="#000000">marine pollution. The insurance does not cover accidents that will be caused to the renteroperator of the boat as well as the loss of personal belongings of the passengers.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">3. Fire safety measures are taken on board in accordance with the law and life-saving</font></div><div><font color="#000000">supplies are provided.</font></div><div><font color="#000000">4.
